Refund & Return Policy
At Printish Things, each item is made-to-order especially for you, which means we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size or color selection, or delays that fall within our estimated delivery window. All sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to make it right. In such cases, please contact us at printishthings@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once we review your request and confirm the problem, we will either issue a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
If a return is necessary, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, the order enters production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter promptly.
